This is a fundamental training on Industrialised Building System (IBS) or prefabrication, which promotes productivity, greener construction and a more sustainable world; based on the CIDB M01-M05 modules. This training includes discussion on the IBS and MC concept, types, benefits/issues, history, policy/incentives, latest information on the compulsory usage for government/private projects as well as various opportunities in the industry.
It also covers the fundamentals of precast concrete, IBS project management and hands-on IBS Score calculation and its scoring strategies.
